"Return worked out, but they could’ve made it easier"
I had to return something I ordered from atbbq.com because it didn’t fit my grill right. The return did go through in the end, but it took longer than it should have, and I had to check in with them once to see what was going on. Customer service did respond and got it handled, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. I just feel like they could do a better job making exchanges faster and clearer from the start...

"good help with my warranty claim"
i had an issue with a part for my grill and wasn’t sure if it was still under warranty. i reached out to atbbq by email, and they got back to me quickly asking for a couple photos and my order info.
they took care of the warranty claim without turning it into a big hassle. the replacement part showed up sooner than i expected, so overall i’m really happy with the support.

"Actually had the grill parts I needed"
I’d been trying to track down a couple grill parts that were sold out pretty much everywhere else, and somehow atbbq.com had them in stock. Checkout was straightforward, shipping was fine, and the order showed up without any issues. It was just nice to see something listed as available and then it actually was, you know? I’d probably order from them again if I needed something else, especially if other places are out...

I did save some cash, so I’ll give them that, but it’s annoying how the good deals only seem to pop up randomly. They could make this way easier instead of making people wait around and hope for a decent discount

"Good recipes, but I trust my gut on the details"
I use atbbq.com mostly when I’m looking for recipe ideas or want to try something new on the grill. Some of the videos are genuinely helpful, and the steps are usually clear enough that I can follow along without overthinking it.
That said, a few tutorials run a little long or breeze past small details I wish they’d explain better. Not every recipe comes out exactly like it looks online either, so I’ve learned to trust my instinct and adjust things as I go. Overall, it’s a solid site, just not perfect

"Shipping was... fine, I guess"
My order did eventually show up and the product itself was perfectly fine, so I can’t be too mad. But the shipping was kind of annoying. It arrived later than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which always makes you wonder if your package is just sitting in some mystery warehouse somewhere. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not smooth either.

My order came in really well packed, with no dents or anything rattling around inside. Everything was protected and easy to unpack. Based on this one delivery, I’d say they’re careful with their packaging. I’m happy with it

"Curbside pickup was frustrating"
I placed an order for curbside pickup because my sister and I use it all the time when we’re trying to save time, but this one didn’t go very smoothly. The email said it was ready, so I pulled up and checked in, but I ended up sitting outside for about 25 minutes and had to call twice before anyone brought it out.
The staff seemed fine once they came out, and nobody was rude, but the whole process felt disorganized. I don’t mind waiting a little, but the point of curbside is that it’s supposed to be easy, not something I have to keep following up on

I ordered parts after using the fit info on atbbq, but they still didn’t work with my Yoder setup. When I reached out, support basically sent me right back to the same page I’d already used, which felt like they didn’t really look into it. With BBQ gear, the small details are kind of the whole point, so this ended up being a frustrating waste of time.

"Had the part, just took some digging"
I needed a replacement part for my grill after realizing the old one was basically done for while I was trying to cook burgers on a Tuesday night. They did have the part, which was a relief, but figuring out the exact one I needed took longer than I expected. I had a couple tabs open and my grill manual on the kitchen table next to a half-empty cup of coffee. Shipping was fine, nothing super fast but not terrible either. Overall, it worked out, but the process could definitely be a little easier

"Assembly was more hassle than I expected"
Ordered it from atbbq.com. Delivery was fine, no real issues there. But putting the grill together... yeah, that was a headache. A few of the holes didn’t quite line up, and the instructions felt kind of vague in spots. I had to backtrack and redo a couple steps, which got old fast. Ended up taking most of my afternoon. The grill seems to be working fine now, so that’s good. Still, for what it cost, I expected the setup to be smoother. Not exactly a great first impression.

"Nice site, but a bit confusing"
The website looks clean and polished, which I liked, but I had a hard time finding what I needed. The menus felt a little confusing, and it took me longer than expected to track down some basic BBQ parts. Not a bad experience overall, just not as easy to navigate as I hoped.

"Updates were seriously lacking"
I had to keep chasing them for any kind of update after ordering, which was annoying. Communication was super slow and kinda bad. Not the best experience, tbh.

"Order mix-up wasn’t a great start"
I ordered a few BBQ parts and just assumed everything would show up the way it was listed, since that’s usually how these orders go. But when the package arrived, one part was completely wrong and another wasn’t there at all. I figured it would be a quick fix, but I ended up having to email back and forth to get it sorted out. Frustrating after waiting for the order and then not being able to use half of it. Not the best first experience

"Easy order when I really needed one"
This was my first time ordering from atbbq.com, and I was feeling mentally drained that day, so I was relieved it ended up being simple. The site was easy to figure out, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and everything showed up when it was supposed to. It was packed well and the order was right. No complaints at all — I’d order from them again.

"Felt overpriced for a BBQ order"
I was excited to order from All Things Barbecue, especially after browsing around on a lazy Sunday with a cup of coffee, but the prices just felt high compared to a few other BBQ sites I checked. Once shipping and the little extras got added on, it really started to feel like too much for what I was getting. I expected better value, maybe something that made the price make sense, but it didn’t. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably won’t order from them again
